Consumer Rental-Purchase Agreement: This is a rental-purchase agreement. Ownership of merchandise is optional and only transferred when all required payments or early payout options are fulfilled in full.
Payment Details: Total payments do not include sales tax, optional fees, or other charges (such as late fees). Weekly/monthly terms and rates are subject to change without notice—please check your local store for current terms and promotions.
Product Availability: Inventory may vary by store, and some products listed online may not be available at all locations. Merchandise may be new or pre-leased. All offers are valid while supplies last.
Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate product information, but colors, images, and descriptions may vary. For complete product details, visit your local store or refer to manufacturer-provided information.
Delivery and Setup: Free same-day delivery applies to in-stock items for agreements completed before 4 p.m. within the store's service area. Setup does not include the connection of gas or water appliances.
Competitor Price Match: We offer price matching on new agreements for identical in-stock items. Proof of the competitor’s advertised price is required.

Credit Requirements: "No credit needed" means no traditional credit score is required, but past transactional history and verification of residence, income, and personal references will be reviewed.
Same-as-Cash Options: 6-month same-as-cash ends 184 days after the agreement start date; 4-month same-as-cash ends 123 days after the start date.
Returns & Reinstatement: Products can be returned, and payments paused. Payment records are retained for two years for reinstatement purposes. After two years, a payment receipt will be required for reinstatement.
Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
